1.1 Your order for goods via viejou.ch is subject exclusively to these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") of Viejou GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Viejou"), c/o EWO Kanzlei GmbH, Murbacherstrasse 3, 6003 Lucerne, Switzerland, e-maile version valid at the time of the order. We point out that you can find the following terms and conditions in the current version on our website. You can save these terms and conditions electronically during the order process or print them out using the browser's print function. The GTC are written in German and English. In case of discrepancies, the German version shall prevail.

1.2 Any terms and conditions to the contrary of the following terms and conditions shall not apply unless confirmed in writing by Viejou.

4.1. The order will be delivered after receipt of payment to the delivery address and contact person provided by you, unless otherwise notified, within the delivery times indicated (subject to stock).These conditions do not apply to items whose delivery time is explicitly stated differently in the store or are currently marked as "sold out", "not available" or "not in stock". All information provided regarding availability and delivery time is without guarantee and may change at any time.

4.2. You, as the customer, shall bear all costs caused by incorrect, incomplete and unclear information.

4.3. An unforeseeable, uncontrollable and extraordinary event affecting the business of the contractor from the outside, which cannot be averted or rendered harmless even by the utmost care, is called force majeure. Delivery by us is subject to the proviso that we ourselves are supplied on time and correctly by suppliers and are not responsible for the lack of availability. In the event of force majeure such as strikes and other labor disputes, riots, war, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, endemics, lawful closures, sabotage, piracy, government orders, rules, regulations or instructions, supply difficulties and other disruptions in the performance of the manufacturer or sub-supplier, delivery delay does not occur. Accordingly, Viejou shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by manufacturing companies or third parties.

4.4. If not all ordered articles are immediately available, Viejou shall be entitled to make partial deliveries. This means that the immediately available items will be delivered immediately and the items that are not available will be delivered as soon as they are available. Viejou will always endeavor to deliver your order on the indicated delivery date or the expected delivery period. If Viejou is not able to deliver to you within a period of 15 calendar working days from acceptance order confirmation, you have the right to withdraw from the contract. If, after the conclusion of the contract, delivery is impossible in part or in whole for reasons for which Viejou is not responsible, Viejou shall have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. Any payments already made by you for the product in question will be refunded in full. There are no further claims against Viejou.

4.5. Our performance is a fate debt and is fulfilled with the delivery of the goods to the carrier. In case of shipment of the goods, the risk of accidental deterioration and accidental loss of the goods shall pass to you or a person authorized to receive the goods. Viejou is not liable for any fault of the post office or the transport company used.
