If you wish to return one or more items, you can easily send them back to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that returns made after 14 days will not be accepted. All items returned must be in perfect, complete and unused condition. Returns will be processed as soon as possible. You will receive an email as soon as we receive your return. After checking the item and the acceptance of the return, you will be refunded the full amount within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method you selected for the original transaction. Note: Shipping costs for returns are not covered or refunded. In addition, we do not assume any responsibility for loss of packages or damage in transit during the return process.
You are welcome to contact our customer service by email at info@viejou.ch to inquire about a cancellation. Please note that cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet left our warehouse. If a cancellation is not possible, you can return the order upon receipt. First of all, please check if you have received a shipping confirmation from us via email. If your package has already been shipped and your package has not (yet) arrived, kindly check if a message has been left at your mailbox or if your package has been left with your neighbors. If you still do not have any information about the whereabouts of your package, please inform our customer service via email at info@viejou.ch. We will do our best to help you. Note: In the event that you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, you will be charged for redelivery under the conditions listed.
If your delivery is incomplete, your product is damaged, or the delivery is not okay for any other reason, please contact us immediately by emailing info@viejou.ch.Please include your order number. We will do our best to process your request as soon as possible after we receive it.
We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and adhere to the rules of the Data Protection Regulation („DSGVO“). The use of personal data is only for the fulfillment of the purchase contract concluded with the user. A transfer to third parties does not take place.
